1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AGNY ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AGNY is a productivity tracking platform designed for developers who work with AI coding tools. The Service collects and analyzes token usage data from your development environment to provide insights about your AI collaboration patterns.

The Service consists of:

  • AGNY CLI - A command-line tool that monitors AI tool usage
  • AGNY Web Dashboard - A web interface for viewing your statistics
  • AGNY API - Backend services for data processing

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Collection

The AGNY CLI collects the following data from your local development environment:

  • Token counts (input and output) from AI model interactions
  • Model and provider identifiers
  • Project names (derived from local directory names)
  • Timestamps of AI interactions

We do not collect:

  • The actual content of your prompts or AI responses
  • Your source code
  • Personal files or documents

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Share your API keys with third parties
  • Submit false or misleading data to the Service

6. Service Tiers

AGNY offers different service tiers with varying features and data retention periods. Free tier users may experience limitations on historical data access. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AGNY and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your usage data remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

AGNY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email.
